FSBO Your Responsibilities
1. You have the legal right to sell or rent the property.
2, The description you supply is true and accurate and not misleading. Turkeyvilla does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable.
3, You will pay the full advert fee before the advert will be published.
4. You have obtained permission from the owner of any photographs used in the advert. Turkeyvilla will not be held liable for breach of copyright.
5. If you have a contract with an Estate Agent, you have independently checked your contract with regards to the terms and conditions that you must pay the Estate Agents commission. If later it is found that you are legally bound to pay the Estate Agents commission, Turkeyvilla will not be liable.
6. Only one property may appear in each advert.
7. You will set your own selling price or rental price.
8. You will arrange and conduct viewings for the advertised property.
9. You will inform Turkeyvilla once the advertised property is sold or rented, alternatively mark the ad sold in your listing through your control panel.

11.It is your responsibility to vet any potential clients looking to buy any associated property.
Our Responsibilities
We will, to the best of our efforts, ensure that theTurkeyvilla web site is available at all times. We reserve the right to take the site ‘off-line’ without prior notice for essential maintenance and upgrades.
We may need to contact you on the e-mail that you use to register, please make sure that the e-mail address is a suitable form of contact.
Rentals
All long term rentals and holiday rentals listings on the Site are submitted by the member and are the responsibility of the member, and we specifically disclaim any and all liability arising from the alleged accuracy of the listings, property reviews, or any alleged breaches of contract on a member's part. Members are solely responsible for keeping their property information up to date on the Site, including, but not limited to any and all representations about any property, its amenities, location, and its availability for a specific date or range of dates. We do not represent or warrant that any of the copy, content, property reviews, property location, suitability, pricing or availability information published on the Site is accurate or up-to-date even in the case where prospective travellers have searched for specific special offers, dates, or types of properties. Members are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any property descriptions. However, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as permitted by prevailing law to satisfy any law, regulation or government request.
Classified Ads
Our site is not an auction service. You must indicate the asking price when posting a "for sale" post. Furthermore, you must note whether the postal fees are included within the asking price or not.
These items cannot be sold / bought / traded via our site:
-concert tickets, tickets to sporting events, etc -- all types of tickets or products that can be categorized as tickets.
-computer programs or licenses to computer programs (or products that can be classified as computer programs). Only exceptions to this rule are original, "boxed" console and computer games, which can be sold via our site.
-pornographic or "offensive" material
-pirated products -- this includes, but isn't limited to backed up games, backed up movies, counterfeit movies, counterfeit games, etc. All cases where we find out that a person has sold pirated material on our site, will be reported to local law enforcement authorities. Console mod-chips or already modded consoles do not fall under this rule.
-all types of services (property management, car rentals, transfers, building websites, etc)
-products that you don't own already ("coming shortly")
Turkeyvilla doesn't take any responsibility whether a trade has been successful or not. We wont answer to any requests to determine seller's personal details, etc. Trading takes place between two individuals, Turkeyvilla simply provides a space for individual user's to post their classified ads, but doesn't act as a broker between the two parties involved.
This classified ad section is meant only for individuals, meaning that companies can't post their ads here. This restriction also applies to private enterpreuners and people who sell products in bulk.
Turkeyvilla can remove ads without the need to explain why a specific ad has been removed.
Multiple listings will be removed.
Initial limit to one ad per users which can be increased on request.
Violation of the rules listed above will get your user account banned permanently.
Turkeyvilla.com does not guarantee the truthfulness or accuracy of the advertising placed on this site, and accepts no responsibility for claims of any kind resulting from the placement of such advertising. Turkeyvilla.com assumes that all advertising is legal and is not misleading or untruthful. Turkeyvilla.com is not responsible for any faulty goods or services advertised on this site, nor is it responsible for person-to-person communication. As with any transaction, BUYER and SELLER BEWARE.
Turkeyvilla.com CANNOT REVIEW EVERY AD, VERIFY THE ACCURACY OF STATEMENTS MADE BY PARTICIPANTS OR DETERMINE WHETHER THE MATERIALS POSTED BY PARTICIPANTS VIOLATE THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS. ACCORDINGLY, YOU AGREE TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR THE CONTENT OF YOUR POSTINGS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY STATEMENTS OR MATERIALS POSTED ON THIS SITE.
We will, however, periodically monitor the site. Any ads that, in our sole judgment, appear to violate the Free Classifieds Rules may be deleted without notice. We reserve the right to remove any posting and limit or terminate access to anyone for any reason at any time.
